While using EchoPulsefit services, we collect data in the following categories to ensure the application functions properly:

• Account and Profile Info: Your name, surname, and email address entered during registration, along with any photos you upload as your profile picture.
• Location Information: Your GPS location coordinates and real-time speed data, collected only while an activity is running (including in the background), to map your runs and enable live tracking.
• Activity Statistics: Distances run, average pace, step count, and the number of reactions/supports received on your activities.
• Device Identifiers: Your device's push token ID and OS info to deliver push notifications (via OneSignal integration).

Your personal and technical data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing core application features (run logging, level progression, rank system).
• Displaying your real-time location to your spectators when you activate the live broadcast feature.
• Monitoring app crashes (Crash Data) to fix bugs and improve application stability and performance.
• Ensuring user safety, preventing fraudulent activities, and securing the platform.

3.1. Live Broadcast Sharing

When you share the live tracking link with friends, your name, profile picture, real-time location, speed, and activity duration can be viewed on a web browser by anyone with the link. Once you end the live activity, real-time location sharing stops immediately.

3.2. Service Providers

To deliver notification services, your device identifier is shared with our third-party provider, **OneSignal**, via secure protocols. Your data is never sold to any advertising networks or data brokers.

Your personal data is stored on our servers as long as your membership remains active.

When you request to delete your account via the app or by contacting us, all your personal information, email address, profile picture, and all past run history will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems **within 30 days**.

Our website uses technical cookies to keep you logged in and remember your language preferences. We do not use targeting or tracking cookies that follow users across other websites.
