By accessing or using the EchoPulsefit mobile application or web platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and policies set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please immediately stop using our platform and mobile application.
EchoPulsefit reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon publication.
2. Description and Scope of Service
2.1. Live Activity Tracking
EchoPulsefit allows users to track their running and walking activities live on a map using GPS, recording real-time parameters such as speed and distance. Users can optionally share these activities with an external link (live tracking link) to receive real-time reactions or messages from friends and other spectators.
2.2. Account Creation and Security
To use the features of the application, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account access. In case of unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately.
3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following rules:
- You may not use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local or international regulations.
- While running and using the app, you are responsible for maintaining your own physical safety and obeying all traffic rules and environmental safety regulations.
- You may not send abusive, profane, or harassing messages or reactions to other users.
- Any software interference that could harm application servers, manipulate data traffic, or generate fake data is strictly prohibited.
4. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Important Health Notice
EchoPulsefit is not a medical organization and does not provide medical advice. You should always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or running program.
When running or walking outdoors, pay maximum attention to environmental hazards (vehicles, road conditions, weather, etc.). EchoPulsefit cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during the use of the application.
5. Limitation of Liability
EchoPulsefit does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Our company cannot be held liable for any data loss or live tracking interruptions caused by GPS satellites, internet connectivity, or server maintenance processes.
